Cold Soluble Gelatin-FoodGel™ LR01
FoodGel™ LR01
Regular gelatin does not completely dissolve in water at room temperature — it only begins to dissolve when the gelatin-water solution is heated above 50°C. Upon cooling, the solution gradually forms a gel.
Foodmate introduces FoodGel™ LR01, a cold water-soluble gelatin specially designed for applications where complete dissolution at room temperature is required.
